II. Grace Period: A grace period of 20 minutes will be provided for clients who arrive late. During this time, CMC will make every effort to accommodate the client and provide the full service as scheduled.

In some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule the appointment to ensure that all clients receive the attention and service they deserve.
IV. Rebooking Process: If a client's appointment needs to be rescheduled due to late arrival, CMC will work with the client to find a suitable alternative appointment time. CMC will make every effort to accommodate the client's schedule and minimize any inconvenience caused.
V. Cancellation for Extreme Lateness: Appointments that are later than 20 minutes and those without prior notice of lateness will automatically be cancelled. In such cases, a rebooking fee may be imposed on future appointments to cover the costs associated with the missed appointment slot.

Cancellation Policy
2. Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit fee.

III. Notice: Signs will be prominently displayed throughout the suite premises to notify clients and visitors that video and audio surveillance is in use. By entering the salon, individuals acknowledge and consent to being recorded as per this policy.

Access to surveillance recordings will be restricted to authorized personnel for legitimate purposes, such as security investigations or law enforcement requests.
